After discussing lease abstraction challenges with the commercial real estate community on LinkedIn, the feedback was clear: appraisers, analysts, and brokers needed a tool like this. So I built one. A fine-tuned 3B parameter model that extracts 18 standardized fields from commercial leases into structured JSON. Privacy-focused and completely free.
